had trainings with juniors today -.-
poor juniors have to sacrifice their sunday to train so hard.

and because of them.. i had to do the arm exercise.
for 1 and a half song!!! ugly biceps!!yuck.


hopefully they will do a good job tomorrow. GOGOGO!
